Why I Serve:
For me, serving the community is a great way to branch out and get to understand the experiences of others that may differ greatly from our own. When we serve, it provides a great opportunity for us to lift up others so that they may subsequently lift others up as well, enriching society as a whole. Engage Dallas is the ultimate embodiment of such service and provides a complex network which allows students to reach the community in all sorts of ways. I could not be more excited to see what my time at Engage Dallas will bring!

For me, it is an honor to serve the Dallas community. This community is filled with a rich and diverse history of innovation and resiliency. Through my role, I am privileged to be able to connect other students to the history of Dallas. I am privileged to be able to give back in this way.

Why I Serve:
I am motivated to serve as an Engage Dallas Student Director because I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections between students and the greater Dallas community through service. Community engagement is a powerful way to create lasting change while also helping students develop leadership skills and a deeper understanding of social issues. This role will allow me to inspire my peers to take action, educate themselves on pressing community needs, and contribute to initiatives that create a more equitable society.

I want to serve to give back to city I grew up in. I am so excited to make a difference and start becoming a World Changer here in the heart of Dallas! I love volunteering because to me its so much more than service, but a passion.

We are lucky to live in Dallas, which has so many unique organizations and opportunities to meet and serve different people in our community. Growing up in Dallas, I've witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that community service can have on both individuals and neighborhoods. Seeing the positive change that comes from people coming together to serve has inspired me to give back to the community that shaped me. Engage Dallas allows me to continue making a meaningful difference while connecting with others who share the same passion for service. I serve because of the true power it has through providing connections and positive impacts in people's lives. Serving is a way to share compassion, build community, and create a positive environment. I am most excited to be able to share and commit my service to my community through Engage Dallas.

Why I Serve:
Since high school and continuing into college, community service has been a major aspect of my joy. Being able to meet new people from various backgrounds and help them through service has been a passion of mine. During my time as an Engage Dallas Student Director, I believe that that passion has only grown, and being able to serve in various locations and aid in numerous ways has been amazing, and I hope I could continue to do so.

I enjoy serving Engage Dallas as I am able to give back for my community. I am able to help other students serve and volunteer for the community we are in. I am excited about the more volunteering opportunities that come with this role!
