Ryland is a sophomore at ÃÛÌÒ½´studying Data Science and Political Science with minors in Computer Science, Public Policy, and International Affairs. She is a Tower Scholar, Hamilton Undergraduate Research Scholar, and Engaged Learning Fellow. Beyond campus, Ryland leads her nonprofit, The Creative Destination, which builds literacy spaces in laundromats across Dallas. She is passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs through her leadership in W.I.N.

Christina is a sophomore at ÃÛÌÒ½´triple-majoring in Accounting, Economics, and Music. She is active in Student Senate, FOCUS, and co-founded the nonprofit Faith Like A Child. Christina’s entrepreneurial journey began in high school, where she developed a startup to combat micronutrient deficiency, earning recognition at international competitions. At SMU, she continues to explore research and innovation through Big iDeas and her work with W.I.N.

Sophia is a senior at ÃÛÌÒ½´double-majoring in Computer Science and Data Science. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2025 with FocusPass, an app designed to help families reduce screen time and foster healthier digital habits. As she continues developing the venture, Sophia is committed to using technology to solve everyday problems. Through W.I.N., she hopes to inspire women to pursue innovation and leadership in tech.
