The house is located in Casa View. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The third bedroom is a guest/office space that is also open for your use or your guests if desired. The bedroom is pretty much your own private bathroom, you just have to share it and keep it clean for guests. Rent is $1000 including utilities and internet. Pets are welcome (no pet rent) but they have to get along with my pets. Huge backyard too! Very close to the lake so very scenic and only a 20min drive from campus.
