Recording & Streaming Services

Meadows Digital Arts & Services provides professional multi-track audio recording and YouTube streaming for performances, recitals and events across the Meadows School of the Arts. Our team is dedicated to capturing and sharing the artistry of our students and faculty with high-quality technology. Below, you’ll find details on which events are supported, the services available, and how to request them.

To request recording and/or streaming services, please complete at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date. All requests are reviewed and prioritized, and you will be notified if your event can be supported.

  • Recording includes audio only. Streaming includes video and audio.
  • Links for unlisted streams will be emailed prior to the event.
  • Audio recordings will be delivered via ÃÛÌÒ½´Box within three weeks after the performance date.
  • Faculty recital performers may request a public stream through the form above.
  • Performances requiring an unlisted stream due to streaming rights may request that change using the form above.
  • If we are unable to service your event, Meadows Tech Effect may be able to assist by providing equipment for self-service recording/streaming.
